The Wins; are able to furnish detailed certifications from the European Gemological Laboratories (EGL), the Diamond High Council (DHC), and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). The EGL is one of the largest independent laboratories in the world and is internationally accepted. The Diamond High Council's certification is established in conformity with the "International Rules for Grading Polished Diamonds," approved by the World Federation of Diamond Bourses and the International Diamond Manufacturers Association.

In addition to certification, the EGL and DHC also provide a sealing service in which a diamond and its certificate are sealed in a strong plastic package. It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to forge the seal because the EGL and DHC employ a state of the art security measure in the sealing.
Laser inscriptions, like the GIA inscripted stone on the left, can also be provided upon request. Insurance appraisals and re-brokering services are also provided on request.
The Diamond Office in Antwerp must approve every diamond exported from Belgium. The Diamond Office is a nonprofit organization commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Foreign Currency Control Office(Belgisch-Luxemburgs Institut poor de Wissel) to control all imports and exports of diamonds. This office is responsible for overseeing that all diamonds exported from Belgium are correctly appraised according to their invoice.
The Wins were exclusively given a special letter of authorization from the Diamond Office in Antwerp because of their excellent reputation and relationship with the Diamond Office.
